WWWサーバを行なうために、Apacheを用いる。そこで今回はaptを使ってdebianパッケージからApacheをgetした。
まず、dselectを起動する。
# dselect
このコマンドを入力するとdselectのメインメニュー画面が表示される。メインメニューで「0.[A]ccess」を選択してEnterキーを押す。すると、以下のアクセス方法が表示される。
multi_cd nfs multi_nfs harddisk mounted multi_mount floppy ftp apt
ここではaptを選択する。すると、以下のような質問をきかれる。
Do you wish to change it?[y/N]
パッケージをとってくる場所を変える場合はyを入力する。変えない場合はnを入力する。以下の設定はyを選択した場合である。yを入力すると、いくつか質問をきかれるので以下のように答える。

最後の質問で他の場所を指定したい場合はyを選択する。すると、同じ質問をきかれるので、これまでと同様に答える。今回は、さらに以下の場所を加えた。

というメッセージが表示されるので、Enterキーを押す。
次に、「1.[U]pdate」を選択して、Enterキーを押す。これで、パッケージのデータベースが更新される。
そして、パッケージの選択をする。「2.[S]elect」を選択し、Enterキーを押す。すると、パッケージの選択の説明画面が表示される。ここでスペースキーを押すと、パッケージの一覧が表示される。/キーを押して、apacheと入力すると、apacheを含む文字列が検索される。ここで、

を選択する(+キーを押す)。そして、選択し終ったらEnterキーを押す。
次に、「3.[I]nstall」を選択して、インストールを行なう。このとき、以下のような質問がきかれる。この質問は、WWWサーバがどのようなサービス(例えば、CGIなど)をクライアントに提供するかを決めるものである。今回は以下のように答える。

次に、「4.[C]onfig」を選択する。ここでは、未設定のパッケージがある場合、その設定を行なうものである。
