Unix は /etc/hosts に IP と ドメインの対応表がある。
通常ドメインは DNS サーバに問い合わせるのだが、localhost や
ローカルアドレスなど自前でドメイン解決をする必要があるものもある。
Windows 98 の場合は \Windows\HOSTS がそれにあたる。
デフォルトでは存在しないが \Windows\HOSTS.sam というサンプルファイルが
あるのでそれを編集してリネームするといいだろう。
